TBX UK Limited is the creator of the TBX software package for TIA. The company is 100% committed to supporting the TIA solution and the 4 founders of the company each have more than 15 years TIA experience, and in total the group behind the company has worked on more than 30 successful TIA projects at all levels.
TBX (TIA out of a Box), which is an addition to the base TIA software, makes it possible for new TIA customers to install TIA Quicker, Easier and at a Reduced Cost.
The package contains all of the common UK third party interfaces such as address lookup, card payments and fraud checking as provided by TIA in the UK country later.
Insurance Product Development
The product architecture team has been instrumental in designing and successfully implementing a wide range of Personal Lines and Commercial insurance products.
The product development framework used over many projects will ensure all products are developed in a consistent manner and are capable of being upgraded to future versions of TIA. We do this by placing all business logic in the database resulting in a much thinner user front end and maximum re-use for other channels like the internet.

Claims Configuration
We work closely with the product team and business users to firstly ascertain requirements for the claims module and then translate the requirements into claims configuration.
Development of company specific business rules is also covered, which in some cases does require development effort.
Accounts and General Ledger Configuration
Whether the business wishes to perform full accounts processing in including payments or make partial use of the accounts system we can provide in depth knowledge and expertise on how to configure the system.
This also applies to the General Ledger. We can implement your general ledger mapping in TIA and define the interface to an external GL system if it is required.
Technical Architecture and Performance Monitoring
With each newer version of TIA or a change in version of Oracle software used, our technical team will architect and implement/configure the right solution for you including hardware selection. This can be done in collaboration with your in-house team or we can perform the task for you.
Once the solution has gone live we can provide performance monitoring services to ensure the system is performing to desired levels. The team have previously performance benchmarked the TIA solution to ensure the system will perform in a live environment.
