TIA Community Model

The TIA Community is about sharing knowledge and ideas on how to standardise and make effective the way insurance companies gather, manage and act on information - with the objective of lowering the Total Cost of Ownership and improving the user experience through standard technology.

Undertaking a direct license agreement between the insurer and TIA allows TIA to focus on quality, sustained maintenance and upgrades to the insurer. A bilateral communication builds up a future solution roadmap for both parties to expand. Regular health checks/quality assurance ensures an upgrade path to the latest technological developments.

Partnership

An extensive network of TIA Partners appointed by TIA provides a global reach of TIA skills. Specialist training from TIA adds to individual Partners' expertise, resulting in a diverse pool of capability to apply the TIA Solution. These skills are maintained through a vigorous certification programme from TIA to ensure currency and relevance, with an overriding quality assurance.

Implementation

A choice of implementation partners provides insurers with diversity, competitiveness and quality assurance. TIA Partners' focus on implementation brings best practices to play whilst defining user requirements and providing enterprise system integration. Delivery of end user training by TIA Partners guarantees that rollout of the TIA Solution is tailored and pertinent.
