Ensure that the personal data you collect is properly handled

TIA provides a special extension for securing that personal data is cleaned up from the system when a business relationship with a customer or a third party has expired and when a record has reached a certain age that makes it eligible for deletion.

The possibility to clean up data from the system thus covers the needs of modern insurers:

  • The need to comply with the regulations concerning handling of personal data in the insurance industry (including the EU "right to be forgotten" rules)
  • The need for “house-keeping”, i.e. periodical trimming of the database from obsolete records
